Hatha yoga (duration: 1 hour) – Flow through postures while taking the time to discover and adapt them, connecting with the breath. All levels welcome.
Self-myofascial release (self-massage, 1h) – Use fascial mobilization techniques with rubber balls to improve body awareness, release tensions. All levels welcome.
Ashtanga yoga (1h15) – A dynamic yoga class with a fixed sequence, adapted to fit the class duration. The class will be fitted to the participants’ level.
